When it comes to custom-designed trips, we will work with you to create an itinerary that matches your budget and your interests. Pricing will vary based on time of year, availability, and location. Our clients save time and enjoy peace of mind because they know the travel arrangements are in expert hands.
Maybe. But a “good deal” is often code for “worst room in the hotel” or “significant restrictions”. And that’s not our focus at Seven Oysters Travel. Instead, we focus on providing you the best value to ensure your investment gets you the absolute best travel experience possible. If you’re on a tight budget, or just love the thrill of the deal hunt, you’d be better served by Expedia or Costco Travel.
Can you get me a “Good Deal”?
It depends. If we work with one of our on the ground destination partners, you’ll often just see one price for the entire trip. That’s because they have relationships and arrangements with their own service providers that are private and confidential. We don’t have access to the price breakdown, so we can’t pass that on to you.
Can you provide me with a breakdown on my Itinerary?
WHen should we start planning my trip?
Ideally, we need a minimum of two months lead-time to put together your itinerary. Six-to-eight months is even better, to get you access to the best availability and pricing. For bucket-list type trips—think a safari in Africa — nine to twelve months lead-time is ideal.
how long will it take to get an Initial itinerary?
The timeframe will depend on the complexity of your trip. The benefit of using our services is we have one of the best “little black books” in the industry. We have on the ground partners in over 150 countries around the world. Time zones and local holidays may come into play affecting the timeline. On average, we can usually have an initial proposal for your review 3-5 days after our initial consultation. If you have a pressing timeline, please let us know, and we'll do everything we can to help meet your needs.
